How to Pay with BTC or USDT

Step-by-step guide to making a crypto deposit — choose network, send, notify support.

  1. Select the cryptocurrency and network you want to use from the Payment Methods page.
  2. Copy the corresponding deposit address — confirm you are sending on the matching network (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, etc.). Funds sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
  3. Send the exact USD-equivalent amount from your wallet.
  4. After the transaction is broadcast, email the transaction hash to our billing team to expedite confirmation.
  5. Your account is credited once the required number of on-chain confirmations are reached (typically 1 for USDT-TRC20, 12 for BTC).
